We spent 4 nights here, and the kids really loved the spacious setup of our Club Family Room. The friendly staff were always ready to help, and the nearby transport made our trips around Paris easy. We enjoyed the local dining options too.
My children wished for more activities to keep them engaged .

Very good room (triple) and facilities for 2-star hotel, good breakfast for that money, good location
End of breakfast at 9:30 and if you come already after 9:00, you have a chance not to find anyting to eat :(

The location was only 10 minutes walk to the Gare du Nord and less to the Gare du L'est. Some of the rooms were classed as superior and overlooked an inner courtyard, they were more recently decorated with larger rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was ok.
If you book with different references for different days they make you check out and back in again, meaning you have to move rooms, which was my experience. The surrounding area is very run down.

The Classic Double Room offered reasonable comfort, although the bed was like it had seen better days. Conveniently located near multiple cafes, it made grabbing a bite easy without venturing far.
Room temperature control left something to be desired. The air conditioning felt insufficient. The walls showed signs of wear, with spots needing a fresh coat of paint and cleanliness concerns lingering, like dust in corners and hints of mold in the bathroom.

Every staff member was very friendly and efficient. There were comfortable beds and an electric kettle, an air conditioning and a sofa bed inside the room. A bath was very well maintained and everything was fine.

The location was great, close to the Gare L Est and the Metro. The room was big by Paris standards and was clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants and cafe's in the area.

The location of the hotel was excellent for me as I am travelling by train through Gare de l'Est - Also near St. Denis which I admire and would like to spend the whole day in the area.
I have not enough time to find what I did like(spent only one night). But really the staff specially in the resception (Lady) was very helpfull and also during the breakfast.

I really liked the location because it was next to the metro station and it was pretty clean comparing to most hotels and hostels in Paris.
There was no stop for the 1st floor on the elevator and the elevator smelled like moist.

The hotel's location was perfect, great to walk to central Paris and easily access Gare du Nord for our train home.
Although breakfast was good, the dining area was too chaotic due to the number of guests, making it hard for the staff to keep up.

Location good for Gare de l'est - I had an early morning train. Okay for an overnight stay but if staying longer there are nicer area's to reside in.
Carpet was a bit grungy.

A cozy stay with awesome staff!
We had a fab 2-night stay! Super comfy triple room, and the reception staff were absolute gems-shoutout to Artur and Nair for being so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, but the dining area got a bit packed. Otherwise, great vibes!

The location was excellent for proximity to the Gard du Nord and the Gard d'l Est, and also restaurants etc. The street was a bit scruffy, good in the daytime or early evening but maybe doubtful after 10pm

I loved the comfortable double bed with multiple pillow choices. The coffee machine provided convenience at all hours. It was great having free pastries at times near the reception. The location made accessing public transport easy ☕
